Just ordered sesame chicken, broccoli in garlic sauce, and fried rice and it is all excellent!

    Pot stickers....

My Kids were out at Coconut bowl tonight and on the way to pick them up, I decided to stop and get a snack. I really enjoy a good pot sticker and the price here was $5.99 for six. I Called ahead and ordered to pick up. The lady told me it would take 15 minutes and I arrived in about that time. I paid $6.34 with tax.

After getting to my car, I opened the box and the first thing I could smell was burnt starch. I looked at the potstickers and they were definitely burnt. You can look at the photo. So I decided to try the least burn potsticker. When I picked it up, it was full of grease. It seems that they not only panfried it, but it was deep fried after pan frying. As you can see in the picture, it has the typical pan fry marks, however the rest of the potsticker was crunchy. It was as if the potsticker had been sitting around a few hours, and when I called they decided to throw old potstickers in the fryer to heat it up.

I mediately walked back into the restaurant and the lady came out and I told her the potstickers were Burnt. I open the box to show her and she immediately started giving me attitude. It was kind of strange, because I showed her the burnt ones and she said "so you don't want it pan fried?" I told her it was obvious that they were burnt, you could smell the burn. She asked me what I wanted to do. I said "well... If you can give me some fresh pot stickers that are not burnt, that would make me happy."'She decided it would be better to give me a refund. That actually says a lot. Why not remake something that was substandard, rather than just give me the refund. I do not recommend this place as the food was burnt, the woman who was most likely the owner seemed offended that I would not eat her burnt food. And they would rather give a refund 10 to fix a problem.

As you can see in the pictures, there was one person in the restaurant. They didn't have a line, it wasn't like they were busy. They had just one order of potstickers to Make.

One last note, the lady and giving me a refund, said that she voided the transaction. I asked her for a receipt, she said "if I gave a refund, then it would charge the card and then put it back," But that she just void the transaction. So in the next week or two I will see if there is actually a charge on my card.

Small portions for the lunch special. The food did not fast fresh, and there were hardly any vegetables or meat in the dish. The fried rice tasted stale. Again, no veggies just rice with soy sauce. The egg roll was thin like a footsie roll, no filling at all. Only eat here if you like bland , not fresh uninspiring food.

I highly recommend this place. I order the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. The chicken was very flavorful and crispy and not at all hard like I've had at other places. The sauce wasn't too sweet but it was very satisfying. The fried rice was the star of the show. It was perfectly flavored without being too oily or salty. My husband got Szechuan chicken which he gobbled down so fast I couldn't even take a bite! Food was incredible. The service was nice and the food came out pretty fast. Definitely coming back.

I have to preface this review by saying the food we had was good.
The service we had was good.
Where this restaurant fell down was I wanted to buy a meal for a homeless gentleman, and it was like pulling teeth to do it.
I finally said I will take the meal home,, and she agreed to make it.
Likei said before, the food was good. Definitely will not be back.
